This is a neat site to use with my ESL students. It has dictionaries and translators that are very useful when we are working with computers. Great tool!!! Thanks
This is very cool! I really like the ThinkMap that he has on his page; it looks like a very good tool for vocabulary that ANYONE could use, not just ELL's. It's a thesarus tool where you just type in a word and it brings up synonyms in a graphic organizer format that is color-coded to tell the types of speech. snappywords.com and visuwords.com are other visual dictionary sites on this page (in the column to the right) that are even more intricate than the first one I mentioned. These would be good for teaching younger or struggling students. I suggest checking those out!! :-)
